2. Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights

All content, footwear product designs, Italian calfskin photography, brand logos, hand-drawn star graphics, trademarks ("ROVON LIFESTYLE", "StepQ™"), and web code are the sole intellectual property of ROVON LIFESTYLE LLP. Any unauthorized commercial reproduction, scraping, or trademark infringement is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademarks Act, 1999.

3. 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty Terms

Every pair of Italian calfskin formal shoes, suede loafers, and Goodyear welted footwear sold by ROVON LIFESTYLE LLP includes a 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee covering:

• Goodyear welt stitching and sole detachment defects under normal wear.
• Failure of StepQ™ orthopedic memory foam structural integrity.
• Manufacturing defects in leather uppers or metal hardware (buckles, eyelets).

*Warranty excludes natural leather creasing, scuffs caused by outdoor wear, or damage resulting from improper leather conditioner application.

4. Product Pricing, Taxes & Availability

All prices listed on temp.rovonlifestyle.com are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify launch drop pricing, inventory allocations, or promo discount codes without prior notice.
